At Glowstly, your satisfaction is our priority. If you’re not completely happy with your purchase, we’re here to help.

1. Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns under the following conditions:

  • Product Condition: New only  must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.

  • Return Window: 30 days from the date of delivery.

  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.

2. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, certain items cannot be returned:

  • Products that have been opened, used, or damaged after delivery.

  • Sale, clearance, or promotional items.

  • Gift cards.

3. How to Start a Return

To start a return:

  1. Email our support team at hello@glowstly.store with your order number and reason for return.

  2. Our team will guide you with return shipping instructions.

  3. Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you about your refund status.

Note: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective or incorrect.

4. Refunds

  • If approved, your refund will be processed within 10 business days to your original payment method.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable.

5. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective product:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the product and packaging.

  • We will send a replacement at no extra cost or offer a full refund.

6. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or incorrect.
